The Technical courses in People Management at Duoc UC were important because they allowed me to acquire practical tools for managing processes. I learned about leadership, conflict management, effective communication, and how to optimize human talent to improve organizational results. These skills not only strengthened my professional profile but also motivated me to apply the knowledge for the benefit of my community.
The knowledge acquired can contribute to the sustainable development of the people of Rapa Nui in several ways:
- Promoting more effective local leadership: Implementing leadership and teamwork practices within local organizations, strengthening community cohesion.- Improving organizational processes: Helping local businesses or community initiatives optimize their human resource management, increasing efficiency and productivity.
- Supporting cultural projects: Collaborating in the management of cultural and tourism initiatives to preserve Rapa Nui's traditions and heritage while generating job opportunities.- Fostering a healthy work environment: Applying conflict resolution and communication skills to build harmonious work environments for the benefit of all inhabitants.
