I chose this career because of the love I have for my land and culture, and to be able to contribute to the island in a positive way. Since the economy of Rapa Nui is based on tourism, I want to develop a more friendly and less invasive manner, implementing certain rules and regulations that allow us to take care of our natural and cultural heritage. My career will allow me to help local entrepreneurs on the island so that they have a better quality of life and creating sustainable tourism over time, where everyone wins and we do not harm our land.
