Field of Study:
Engineering and Construction; Universidad Mayor
I entered the university with the 2021 civil construction curriculum, and in 2024 I changed to the 2023 construction engineering curriculum. The difference between the two is that the 2023 curriculum has a more practical and sustainable approach. In which they replaced certain subjects and included certifications that intensify the circular economy, sustainability and sustainability in construction.
On the other hand, I would love to have the opportunity to share my knowledge with the Rapanui people, both in the new and older generations, being able to bring innovations that are friendly to the people and without losing our cultural identity around construction, always preserving what is environmentally friendly, efficient, optimal.
-Improvements to the road part.
-Improvements in the social, economic and political aspects.
-Some examples could be management and administration using PROJECT and BIM. -Large-scale rainwater projects in Rapanui.
-Compliance with regulations and technical specifications in construction. -Implementation of circular economy in companies.
However, the most important thing about all this, leaving aside the more technical part, is to be able to find a way to improve the different areas of construction in Rapa Nui without losing what is our beautiful culture, we must never forget our Ancient essence, respecting nature, respecting nature and our cultural richness, that is the mission that we as Rapa Nui have, to seek the most optimal, friendly and clean way to advance in the field of construction with respect for our ancestors and what our ancestors left us and for which today we are proud to be a part.
