Two of the courses completed in 2025: "Intermediate English:

Intermediate English was important to me because it allowed me to improve my communication skills in a language that is fundamental for tourism, education, and work. I learned to express ideas more clearly, to better understand texts and conversations, and to feel more confident when speaking with people from other countries.

The knowledge acquired in Intermediate English can directly benefit the community of Rapa Nui, especially in the area of tourism. For example, I can communicate better with foreign visitors, help them with information, improve customer service, and support local businesses that work with international tourists.

Process Innovation:

This was a key class because it taught me how organizations function and how their processes can be improved to become more efficient. I learned to identify problems, propose improvements, and think strategically, which are very important skills for my education in administration and people management.

This course can contribute to the development of Rapa Nui by improving local services such as municipalities, hotels, or small businesses. For example, work processes, customer service, and resource use can be optimized, helping to provide better services to the community and to strengthen the local economy in a sustainable way."
